Statement one year after 17-A: In front of the groups and people that legitimize and use violence, there is a new policy based on the prevention of violent extremism and the promotion of Global Justice.
One year after the attacks of Barcelona and Cambrils, the Observatory for the Prevention of Violent Extremism (OPEV) and Lafede.cat launched this manifesto in which we remember the victims, we strongly condemn the culture of violence and we appeal to the institutions and political parties to work for achieving open and plural societies, inclusive and socially cohesive, that promote effective alternatives to all forms of violent extremism.
